In collaboration with Heights Arts and Cleveland Museum of Art's Community Arts Center, Canalway is offering free lantern making workshops to help you create art to carry in the Towpath Trail Lantern Parade. Bring a recycled glass or plastic jar to the workshop and learn how to turn it into a lantern from professional artist Debbie Apple-Presser.
These open house-style workshops offer rolling seating and include scheduled demonstrations, craft supplies, a battery powered light and hands-on assistance.
Registration is requested, but not required.
Date: March 9, 3:30 to 7 PM

Demonstration Times: 3:30 PM | 4:30 PM | 5:30 PM
Please bring a recycled jar for this workshop.
This workshop is recommended for ages 6+ but families are welcome to attend together. All minors must be accompanied by an adult. Free parking in the lot behind Heights Arts and at the street meters.
