Historical Interpreter Doug Kusak is your guide from Sokolowski’s Overlook to the Towpath Trail’s northern end at Canal Basin Park, where you can turn and head back on your own for a 3-mile hike, or continue with Doug on the Lake Link Trail to the Historic Coast Guard Station at Wendy Park for a 6-mile hike, all the while dabbling in the area’s history and infrastructure.
