Packet Pickup Dates and Times

Half Marathon & 5-Miler Packet Pickup

• Wednesday, April 8: from 4 to 6 PM, Fleet Feet Pepper Pike, 30679 Pinetree Rd, Pepper Pike, OH 44124
• Thursday,  April 9: 4 to 6 PM, Fleet Feet Westlake, 26149 Detroit Rd, Westlake, OH 44145
• Saturday,  April 11: 10 AM to 2 PM,  Hermes office, 2425 West 11th St., Cleveland, OH 44113

No race day/start line packet pickup available unless paid for at time of registration.  A friend or family member can pick up your packet on your behalf if they know the distance you are running. 

Packet Mailout Deadline

You must register by March 29, 2026 to have your packet mailed to you. If you don’t register by this time, you must pick up your packet in person prior to the race.  

There is an additional $15 fee to have your packet mailed to you. Packets will be mailed after March 29, 2026.

Pickup Notes:

• Bring your confirmation email when picking up your packet.
• Friends/family can pick up for you — bring their confirmation email just in case.
• Large group pickup (6+): email roadracing@hermescleveland.com with names and pickup location, and Hermes will pre-pack.
