Stating Line: Sokolowski’s Overlook on the Towpath Trail in Tremont, 1201 University Rd, Cleveland, OH US 44113
Awards will be available at the finish line.
Runners should be on site and ready to run 15 minutes before their assigned race start time.
The 10-mile and 10K courses include a rail road crossing. We do not expect a train but please be aware and wait for any passing trains. Security will be onsite for additional safety. If you do have to pause for a train, mark your time and we will adjust times for any delay caused by a train.
Start at Towpath Trail in Tremont at Sokolowski’s overlook. Take Towpath Trail south over Literary Ave. Bridge, past Towpath Mounds, Clark Field and Steelyard Commons. Continue south on Towpath Trail next to Jennings Rd., cross railroad tracks and Harvard Ave., turn left/east on Towpath Trail, cross pedestrian bridge spanning the Cuyahoga River. Turn right/south at Cleveland Metroparks Ohio & Erie Canalway Reservation trailhead, continue down Towpath Trail (bearing right at upper loop) appx. 1 mile to turnaround. Take same route back (bearing right at upper loop) to finish line at Camp Cleveland (W. 7th St.).
