The Towpath Trilogy

Volunteer at the Towpath Trilogy

Volunteers are an essential part of our Towpath Trilogy. As a volunteer for the Trilogy, you help Canalway Partners and our community. You will have an opportunity to use your skills and talents and make our race series a success. We are looking for individuals and groups to help at our races.

We will need volunteers for each of our races:

April 16, 2023 – Towpath Half Marathon
June 16, 2023 – Towpath Twilight
October 7, 2023 – The Towpath Marathon

2023 Volunteer Roles include but are not limited to:

• Water Stations: duties include getting to your water station early and setting up. Making sure that your water tables are filled with water/Gatorade. If runners need anything to call medical.
• Start and Finish Lines: duties include helping setup and cleanup Start/Finish Line. Make sure that runners get medals, food, water. Make sure that runners are social distancing and heading to their cars after the race.
• Course Marshals: duties include guiding runners on which direction to turn. If a runner is in need you will call medical.
• Parking: duties will include getting to the parking lot early and helping runners and volunteers with parking.
