No, the Towpath Trail can vary in size from 8 to 10 feet wide and with runners racing in both directions in separate race divisions, we do not allow dogs out of concerns for safety.

Age groups are: 19 and under; 20-24; 24-29; 30-34; 35-39; 40-44; 45-49; 50-54; 55-59; 60-64; 65-69; and 70 and over.
No, all entries are non-refundable. Once we’ve received and processed your entry, you will not receive a refund and entry fees are not transferable to the next year’s race or any other race.
You are able to transfer your entry to another person for a fee of $10.00. This can be done at any of the packet pickups prior to race day. There will be NO transfers on race day.
If the 2021 in-person events are canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all participants will be automatically converted to the virtual event. While we look forward to the return to live racing in 2021, a virtual option will be available for both 5 mile and Half-Marathon races. This race will not be postponed to a future date. 10 mile and 10K runners receive finisher medals.
